We ask that you as a Hubbard’s Marina Regular Club Member, that as an advanced angler, that you are Leaders on the Deck. Be Courteous, Helpful and Respectful to All Visiting Anglers, Please use Clean Language, and Dress Proudly in Hubbard’s Marina Apparel.

Negativity will not be tolerated and may result in voted out of a club by the moderators.

  • Club benefits are non-transferrable, may not be sold, leased or bartered – only applies to member
  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke club membership without refund (ESPECIALLY IF BUDDY PASS IS ABUSED,OR ETIQUETTE ISSUE)
  • All trips are subject to cancellation in the event of a private charter or inclement weather.
  • All postings will remain in positive light of the company or membership will be revoked without refund.
  • Any and all concerns will be directed to Hubbard’s Marina management and handled strictly in a professional manner.
  • Fishing spots are not guaranteed, trips can be moved, cancelled or rescheduled – requests can be made but cannot always be honored.
  • Ride along guests must be a new guest that’s NEVER been to Hubbard’s Marina before – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • R/C member accepts responsibility for any rate difference if any guest is discovered not to be a first-timer and using
  • your RC number – YOU CAN BE CHARGED – this also applies to your regular’s club discount in the shop!
  • When you arrive for trips you must place your gear inside or just out front of the waiting area. You cannot stack your gear at the entrance
    to the dock or anywhere besides INSIDE the waiting area or on the red bricks in front of the waiting area.

Member agrees to and will abide by the following cancellation policies:

24 hours notice or more required on cancellations: 5 hour half day, Dolphin cruise, sunset cruise, Egmont key ferry, shell key ferry, 3hr shell key ferry, lighted boat parade, or fireworks trip

No call no shows 100% of trip fare
Cancellations inside 24 hour window 50% of trip fare

48 hours notice or more required for cancellations: 5hr shark trip, 10hr all day, or 12 hour night fishing

No call no shows 100% of trip fare
Cancellations inside 48 hour window 50% of trip fare

1 week or more required for cancellations: 12hr extreme, 39 hour or 44 hour
