The John’s Pass Parking Garage is the most convenient and reliable place to park when visiting Hubbard’s Marina. Located directly across from our dock, it offers quick access to all the fun — from fishing trips and boat tours to shopping, dining, and sightseeing in John’s Pass Village.

When entering John’s Pass, use the southern-most entrance off Gulf Boulevard (closest to the bridge).

  • Make the first right turn onto John’s Way after entering.

  • Then, turn right again when you see the Lighthouse structure and The Friendly Fisherman Restaurant onto Boardwalk Pl.

  • The entrance to the parking garage will be immediately on your right-hand side.

  • The Shell Lot will be immediately on your left-hand side.

This lot is uncovered but conveniently located and usually a bit easier to get in and out of during busier times. Be sure to follow posted signs for payment instructions and parking regulations.
