**Private Charters no restrictions on group sizes since they are all the same group coming from same unit – social distancing not required

Social Distancing – this is encouraged, but not required and on some trips its easier than others to stay 6ft apart. For example, during the week trips have lighter loads and you can space out easily. However, If your super worried about staying absolutely distanced at all times I would avoid tourist areas at this time. Right now many are moving around and its difficult to keep everyone apart and masked up. Many will not wear masks outside and some are difficult to get to wear masks inside. At this time we are doing the best we can but do not expect everyone to be masked up and 6ft apart at all times. You can expect us to work hard to deliver an excellent client experience with superior guest service but we cannot control each person’s actions or spacing at all times. Plus, on trips the crew must move around the boat for the safety and experience of the guests which sometimes will mean passing within 6ft of you as we ensure the safety and maneuverability of our vessels.
